Kung Fu Panda take us by storm. Yep, literally it was raining hard last Sunday because of the Typhoon “Frank” but still I went malling with two of my guy friends. Anyway, it was all worth it. I had fun, real fun, I can say.
Okay back to this Kung Fu Panda movie. I had second thoughts watching this flick because I made a promise to my angel-friend that I’m going to watch this with her. Anyway, this is worth watching again so am gonna watch this with my best friend again like for the first time hehe. Don’t tell her puhlease, or else J
Kung Fu Panda is about Po’s dream of becoming a Kung Fu Master. It is impossible ‘though because he works for their family’s noodle shop but the world conspired to make it happen because he was chosen to be the Kung Fu Dragon Warrior. Master Shifu showed disapproval because he considers it an accident choosing Po as the warrior. But the Great Master Oogway told him that “there are no accidents.” Po is meant to be the warrior so Master Shifu should train Po to defeat Tai Lung. But Po? A fat, lazy, clumsy panda? Nevertheless, Shifu believed in Po, when Po himself doubted that he’ll be able to conquer his enemy. He told Po “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery but today is a gift that’s why it’s called the present.” He trained Po using panda’s weaknesses as the training ground.
Po turned his dream of becoming a Kung Fu Master into a reality. And unexpectedly, his greatest weakness would also be his greatest strength.
See, I learned a lot from this movie. I’d never hesitate watching this again. J Even it would mean another storm haha. Thanks guys for dragging me out from my bed, for the foodtrip, for the petty arguments, timezone time, and girl-watching haha! And for just simply making me smile. I would definitely not forget this day when it’s all rainy and floody and going home was a worry but I didn’t feel gloomy. How’s that for a rhyme?! Super thanks guys!
