Last night I met up with my brother’s other half in Trinoma. It was already late for mall hours because it’s almost 9pm when we met. So we just decided to look for a coffee shop so we can sit down and converse comfortably. We opted to head to Gloria Jeans or Figaro instead of Starbucks, you know just for the sake of changing our usual coffee routines. Too bad, they can’t accommodate us because they’re already closed. But we never give up and went to look for another place.
Ohlala, we saw Max Brenner’s. It’s always one of my dreams to try their chocolates but I am aware that the price is really luxurious, so I dismissed the idea. Oh well but last night, I decided to splurge a little, and since Nina is also supportive with my suggestion since she herself didn’t try it yet, we brave our way to Max Brenner’s and cautiously look in their menu list. J Well, chocolates are really expensive but you can purchase by piece haha. Because if you wanna have a chocolate binge really, you’ll likely spend thousand pesoses, we tried their shakes too, banana choco and oreo choco. The taste was lovely, and indeed it was the perfect place to sit down, talk and relish some moment.
By the way, on my birthday, a box of chocolates from Max Brenner’s will be profoundly cherished next to keyboards hahaha.
